German Customers Visited TOOLJOY Factory for Inspection and Discussion

Recently, TOOLJOY received customers from Germany for a factory visit.

The purpose of the visit was to understand our production process and evaluate our capability for supplying impact bits and screwdriver bits.

During the visit, the customers were shown around the production workshop, including CNC machining and general production flow.

They observed how the products are processed and asked about production capacity and lead time for bulk orders.

The customers also checked finished samples from different batches. Their main focus was on fit precision, surface condition, and consistency.

We explained our basic quality control process before packing and shipment.

After the visit, both sides had a short discussion about possible cooperation, including OEM requirements and packaging options for the European market.

The customers mentioned they are still comparing suppliers and will continue evaluation after returning.
